Learn how to make croissants and pain au chocolat in a small group! During this intimate class, you’ll delve into the art of French croissant-making: from kneading the dough and mastering the lamination technique for those perfect flaky layers, to shaping, proofing, and baking your own buttery creations.
I will prepare the dough and butter in advance for you to work with. You don’t have to bring anything but yourself!
You will leave the workshop with:
-a printed recipe booklet with the recipe for croissants and a bonus almond croissant recipe
-8 to 10 croissants you’ve shaped yourself, ready to bake fresh at home!
-a freshly baked croissant to eat on your way home
