
Join Saïd M’Dahoma, aka “The Pastry Nerd” for a hands-on Croissant Workshop in Calgary!
Learn how to make croissants and pain au chocolat in a small group! I will teach you everything from kneading the dough, mastering the lamination technique for those perfect flaky layers, to shaping, proofing, and baking your own buttery creations.
I will prepare the dough and butter in advance for you to work with. You don’t have to bring anything but yourself!
You will leave the workshop with:
–a printed recipe booklet with the recipe for croissants and a bonus almond croissant recipe
–8 to 10 croissants you’ve shaped yourself, ready to bake fresh at home!
– a freshly baked croissant to eat on your way home 🙂
